A Clear Vision for the Future
CÉF’s strategic planning reflects a strong commitment to ensuring the continuous improvement of its educational and organizational practices. Adopted in September 2025, this strategic plan is designed to be both inspiring and meaningful for the entire school community.
Solid and Updated Foundations
This plan helps consolidate and update CÉF’s foundations—its vision, mission, and values—to better reflect the realities and aspirations of its community. It is structured around three strategic pillars that guide all actions: supporting student success, strengthening partnerships with parents and the educational community, and fostering a culture of excellence.

An operational plan supports this approach by specifying the actions to be implemented, responsibilities, timelines, and monitoring indicators.
A true driver of development, CÉF’s strategic planning guides decisions, promotes consistency in interventions, and mobilizes all stakeholders in the community. It helps build a shared vision and strengthen the collective commitment to the success and fulfillment of every student, while affirming the CSF’s role as a pillar of the Fransaskois community.
