Duties of the Trustee

Every trustee plays an important role in governing the Conseil des écoles fransaskoises. He or she must adhere to the policies that guide the decision-making process of the Conseil Scolaire Fransaskois (CSF) Board.

The only decision-making power member trustees have is that which is delegated to them at the table of CSF trustees.

Trustees are elected for a 4-year term.

Code of Ethics

Members of the Conseil d'école and the Conseil scolaire fransaskois (CSF Board of Education) itself have the responsibility to behave in a moral and appropriate fashion, in conformance with the Code of Ethics in effect at the pdfSaskatchewan School Boards Association.

Eligibility Criteria and Elections

Elections for the trustees of the Conseil Scolaire Fransaskois (CSF) are held every 4 years. By-elections for trustees are held as needed for the remainder of a mandate of a trustee who left his or her seat vacant.
